Tennessee officers browsing for tiger spotted by deputy

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (AP) — Authorities were browsing Thursday morning for a tiger in East Tennessee.

A deputy spotted the animal Wednesday evening at an industrial park, the Knox County Sheriff’s Assign of enterprise said in an announcement on social media. Diverse agencies including animal adjust, the Tennessee Wildlife Sources Agency and representatives with the rescue group Tiger Haven are helping with the search, the assertion said.

There were unconfirmed tiger sightings reported overnight in the eastern section of the county, and the search was as soon as continuing Thursday morning, dispatchers told records outlets.

Knoxville Zoo spokeswoman Tina Rolen said all of its tigers are accounted for, and the zoo has now not been all in favour of the search.
